Payment Policy

1. Current pricing: free beta

ConversionCRM is free during beta. No credit card is required to sign up, and nothing in the current product can charge you. All features — tracking, scoring, stages, all 8 automated emails, the composer, SMTP delivery, and the live dashboard — are included.

2. Founder pricing commitment

Workspaces created during beta keep a locked-in founder discount when paid plans launch. We will announce plans by email before any billing begins; you will always opt in explicitly — no silent conversion from free to paid.

3. Future billing

When paid plans launch, payments will be processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record), which handles cards, invoices, and applicable taxes (VAT/GST). We store subscription state, never card numbers. Plans are expected to bill monthly or annually, cancellable any time from the workspace.

4. Refunds

Once paid plans exist: if something goes wrong — you were charged in error, or the Service materially failed to function during a billing period — email support@conversioncrm.co within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right with a refund or credit. Pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellation are not guaranteed but are considered case by case.

5. Cancellation

Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Your data remains exportable/deletable per the Privacy Policy after cancellation.
