Beta Notice

ConversionCRM is in public beta. We believe in shipping honestly, so here's exactly what that means for you.

1. What works today

The core loop is production-grade and in daily use: widget tracking (pages, clicks, time, SPA routes), 6-layer engagement scoring, lifecycle stages, 8 automated lifecycle emails, the email composer, Resend/SMTP delivery, the live dashboard, and daily summary emails. Event ingestion is hardened with rate limits, validation, and production API-key enforcement.

2. What beta means in practice

  • Things change fast: features may be added, redesigned, or occasionally removed. We announce meaningful changes by email.
  • No formal SLA: we target high availability but don't yet contractually guarantee uptime. Scheduled jobs (nightly scoring at 00:00 UTC, summaries at 08:00 UTC) can occasionally shift.
  • Support is human and fast, not 24/7: email support@conversioncrm.co — you'll typically hear back within a business day, often from the founder.

3. Your data during beta

Beta does not mean casual data handling: encryption, rate limiting, and the full Privacy Policy apply. Export or deletion is available on request. We recommend (as with any tool) not sending sensitive personal data in event properties.

4. The deal

You get the full product free and help us harden it; in return, beta workspaces keep locked-in founder pricing when paid plans launch (see the Payment Policy). Feedback goes straight to the people building — most beta-user suggestions ship within weeks.

5. Known rough edges

  • Email deliverability on brand-new sending domains can take a few days to warm up — use the test-send button in Settings to verify your setup.
  • Dashboards are optimized for product use, not yet for very large workspaces (100k+ tracked users).
