ConversionCRM is in public beta. We believe in shipping honestly, so here's exactly what that means for you.
The core loop is production-grade and in daily use: widget tracking (pages, clicks, time, SPA routes), 6-layer engagement scoring, lifecycle stages, 8 automated lifecycle emails, the email composer, Resend/SMTP delivery, the live dashboard, and daily summary emails. Event ingestion is hardened with rate limits, validation, and production API-key enforcement.
Beta does not mean casual data handling: encryption, rate limiting, and the full Privacy Policy apply. Export or deletion is available on request. We recommend (as with any tool) not sending sensitive personal data in event properties.
You get the full product free and help us harden it; in return, beta workspaces keep locked-in founder pricing when paid plans launch (see the Payment Policy). Feedback goes straight to the people building — most beta-user suggestions ship within weeks.
